Economic and Social Council

- Discussing problems with microplastic pollution throughout the world
My name is Lisa Tauch, I’m from CIA First International School, and I’m currently in my 11th
grade this year. This is my fourth conference, although my first time charing the ECOSOC
committee. I’m really excited and looking forward to this conference as I have always put my
passion into international relations. Despite, being a chair for the first time, I would do my
best in putting up the topic guides and work with my co-chair as well as assisting delegates for
as much as a chair position would allow me to. Please feel free to email me
(email@example.com) if you have any questions, concerns or if you think I could assist
you in any form for adjusting to the upcoming THAIMUN conference. I’m really honored to be
your chair and looking forward to welcoming all of you to the upcoming THAIMUN.
Hi all! I’m Anna (she/her) and I’m a junior (G11) studying at CIS. Before I go off about myself, I would like to give a warm welcome to everyone who’s attending ECOSOC as a delegate this year! I’m super excited as this will be my first conference chairing so please excuse me if I make any mistakes. MUN was an eye-opening experience for me, and I love how new friendships are formed and we all get to socialise with like-minded people throughout the few days of the conference.
I love reading, drawing, writing, basically anything that’s creative. If you watch Rick and Morty, please come talk to me because I’m sure we’ll become instant friends. I’m sorry that this conference is online so I won’t get to meet you all but I wish you all the best and that you all have fun preparing for the conference!
