Hello all.
My name is Anna Timchenko (she/her), I’m a Junior at International School Bangkok, and extremely honored to serve as President of this year’s ICJ. My MUN experience spans 3 years, starting off with me joining ISB’s MUN club Freshman year. Some of my most cherished memories of my high school career took place at MUN and I sincerely hope THAIMUN VIII may foster such memorable experiences for you. Moreover, MUN is a grand way to improve your speaking, researching, and collaborative skills. Alongside MUN my passions include debate and reading. Having partaken in the ICJ in the capacity of both a judge and an advocate I will acknowledge that it is a very effort-intensive committee, but is also extremely rewarding. I hope that it’ll be an enjoyable experience for you all. I look forward to meeting you in March. |
Hi, my name is Matthew Muehleck, and I will be chairing ICJ at THAIMUN this year. I was a member of the MUN club at ICS for the better part of four years, and am now pursuing a degree in law at the University of Durham. I have been to over 25 conferences in the past four years, as a delegate, chair, and parliamentarian, including THAIMUN last year. I look forward to having a great conference and an excellent ICJ!
