Welcome to USCC, Senators!
My name is Diane Seyeon Lee, and I will be your front room chair/President of the Senate this year. USCC, as a special committee, might appear intimidating and hard at first glance; I felt the same way 2 years ago when I was Senator Chuck Schumer in this very committee. However, that is the exact reason why we, the chairs, are here! With my previous experience as both a delegate and a chair of the USCC committee, I am more than happy to assist you in any way possible. With Kenji and MJ as my co-chairs, I can assure you that USCC will be your best MUN experience yet. Other than frantically preparing for conferences and writing chair reports, I love listening to music (current favorite is Laufey) and playing with my cat, Gamja. Feel free to contact me through email ([email protected]) or instagram (dianeslee_). I can’t wait to see all of you this March! |

Hello Senators!
Welcome to USCC, I’m Kenji and I will be one of your chairs this year. Some might remember from chairing UKPC last year or from ConcordianMUN. This year’s topics are some of the most interesting and engaging ones yet, and I look forward to seeing how you all engage with them. Outside of MUN, you can find me playing guitar in my band or tweaking out over the IB. If you have any questions or concerns you can contact me by email ([email protected]) or on instagram (@cultleaderkenji). |
Hello Honourable Senators, and welcome to The United States Congressional Committee at THAIMUN!
My name is Michael Killar, but you can all just call me MJ, and this year I have the privilege of being your backroom chair. I have chaired and delegated a lot of USCC’s at different conferences and it is by far my favorite MUN special committee to be in. I am also super excited to be working alongside two other amazing chairs Diane and Kenji. Please reach out if you have any questions as we all would be glad to help you along if you have any questions or need help with a topic. Feel free to send me an email ([email protected]) or an Instagram DM (@mjkillar_). Good luck Senators! Can’t wait to meet you all in person so soon. |
